he original 1960's office block has had an extensive structural refurbishment inside and out. Portland Stone panels were re-fixed and all elevations were re-windowed. A 4,500 sq ft roof extension was constructed offering panoramic views of Hampstead Heath and beyond. Innovative air conditioning techniques were used to maximise floor to ceiling height. Active beams carry air conditioning and lighting and were purpose made for the project.
